Red Tent Events:
For any details on these events, please email the Rockford Red Tent Coordinators. All events are held at the  Unitarian Universalist Church 4848 Turner St. Rockford, IL 61107.

Please join the Women of the Rockford Red Tent on April 13, 2014 at 1:00 pm in Deale Hall at the Unitarian Universalist Church (4848 Turner St. Rockford, IL 61107) as we welcome spring with a Family Drum Circle. Bring a non-alcoholic beverage, munchies to share, and your drum or noisemaker. No childcare, but child friendly activities will be available for you to share with your children. (Please bring a small clean empty water bottle or small jar for the craft.)

Upcoming dates for meetings:   
May 4 – Juno – A Celebration of Mothers - Bring a short story or a poem that reminds you of your mother or grandmother and a dish to pass that reminds you of them as well.  We will be talking about how we feel about our mothers and grandmothers and what they have taught us and how they helped shape us into the women we are today.
July 13  - Family Picnic and Drum Circle - all are welcome!  Bring a picnic basket and everything you need for a picnic lunch and join us for lunch and drumming outside weather permitting!
